Overview

An applied programme for professionals. Learn transferable prompting, document and data workflows, multimodal creation, role-specific productivity, verification, privacy and reusable prompt-system design.

TechnoBerg Professional Training in Prompt Engineering helps professionals translate real work requirements into clear AI instructions, provide useful context and sources, control output, evaluate quality, protect information and build reusable workflows. It teaches transferable principles across selected AI assistants, workplace copilots, research tools, coding assistants and creative platforms, not a collection of “magic prompts” or a single-platform demonstration.

Who should join, and what to bring.

Who should join

  • Business owners, executives, managers, administrators and project teams.
  • Sales, marketing, customer success, HR, finance, procurement and analysts.
  • Educators, researchers, engineers, architects, IT, software and cybersecurity professionals.
  • Healthcare, legal and compliance professionals using approved non-diagnostic and non-advisory support workflows.
  • Creative professionals, government and institutional staff, consultants and freelancers.

Recommended before you start

  • Basic digital literacy and a current professional use case.
  • Access to approved platforms and accounts as confirmed for the batch.
  • No coding required for the general pathway; technical exercises require relevant background.
  • Willingness to practise, verify, document and improve outputs.

By the end, you will be able to:

  • Explain how prompt quality, context and tool selection affect output.
  • Write clear prompts with objectives, sources, constraints and output criteria.
  • Select an appropriate approved tool for a professional task.
  • Use iteration, critique and rubrics to improve responses.
  • Work responsibly with approved text, documents, data, images, code and voice inputs.
  • Detect unsupported claims, hallucinations, calculation and citation risks and missing information.
  • Protect confidential information and apply responsible-use boundaries.
  • Create reusable role-based templates and prompt workflows.
  • Evaluate prompt performance against defined success criteria.
  • Demonstrate a complete AI-assisted task while retaining human accountability.
  1. Objective: required result or decision support.
  2. Role: relevant perspective without false authority.
  3. Context: background, audience, data and situation.
  4. Task and source: action plus approved grounding material.
  5. Constraints and output: boundaries, language, tone, structure and length.
  6. Quality criteria, verification and iteration: definition of success, human checks and improvement.

AI output is assistance, not automatic truth, professional advice, approval or accountability. Participants remain responsible for fact-checking, confidentiality, copyright, risk review and qualified human approval.
