What this covers

Fees paid to TechnoBerg for education programmes, laboratory packages and corporate training. Commercial technology projects are governed by the payment and termination terms of their own written agreement, not by this page.

The policy itself

A refund policy sets out real money and real deadlines, and it has to be TechnoBerg's own decision rather than a reasonable-sounding default. The structure below is ready for their terms.

To confirmThe cancellation window before a programme starts and the refund due in it; the position once a programme has started; any non-refundable registration or materials component; the treatment of a programme TechnoBerg postpones or cancels; the position on transferring a seat to a later batch or to another person; and the method and working-day window for repayment.

How to request one

Write to the education enquiry address with the learner's name, the programme, the batch and the payment reference. We acknowledge the request, confirm what applies, and tell you the outcome in writing.

If a programme does not run

Where TechnoBerg cancels a programme outright, learners are offered a place on the next batch or a return of the fee paid for it.
