Who this covers

This policy covers the TechnoBerg website and the enquiry forms on it. It explains what the site records, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What the site collects

Two things, and nothing else.

What you type into an enquiry form. Your name, company, email address, an optional phone number, the area of interest you select and the summary you write. Forms also record which page you sent the enquiry from and, if you arrived through a campaign link, which campaign it was.

What is needed to serve the page. Standard server records such as the request time and the address it came from, kept briefly for security and diagnostics.

The site does not ask for, and the forms tell you not to send, passwords, access keys or details of your own systems.

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, to route it to the team responsible for that subject and country, and to keep a record of what was asked and what was answered. Enquiries are not used for unrelated marketing, and they are not sold or shared for anyone else's advertising.

Who can see it

Enquiries are stored in TechnoBerg's own admin panel and are visible only to staff accounts. They are not published anywhere on the site.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept while they are being handled and for a defined period afterwards, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to the address in the first section and we will respond within the period the applicable law allows.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes are described rather than made quietly.
